Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@noelish.com.

Once an order has been processed or entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, the customer must wait until delivery and, if eligible, request a return under our Return & Refund Policy. When the correct product was fulfilled as ordered, applicable return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

Noelish works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, primarily located in China. Certain products may also be fulfilled from facilities located in the United States.

Processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking information, taxes, duties, and other shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

For customer-initiated returns, including change of mind, sizing, fit, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled products, Noelish will provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

The Noelish name, branding, website design, text, graphics, images, logos, and other original content owned by Noelish may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services online.
