Return & Refund Policy

We hope your Noelish purchase fills your home with joy and Christmas spirit. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@noelish.com.
Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Important:
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return request.


2. Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 30 days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/wrong item.

  • Our suppliers are based in Asia, and all return shipping costs to these locations are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs delays or import fees beyond our control are not valid reasons for a return or refund.


3. Return Process & Conditions

  • Returns must be sent at the customer’s expense.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

  • For “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promotions, both items must be returned together for a full refund.

  • Exchanges are possible only for size or color variations of the same product within promotional orders.


4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Exclusions from Right of Withdrawal

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

  • The item is not returned in its original packaging, with all original tags and accessories.

  • The item is customized, personalized, or otherwise exempt from return under local consumer laws.

Our fulfillment center is located in China. As the customer, you are responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.
